Looking for experienced and talented full time barista to join our team in mayfair - old burlington street just off regent street.
We strive to produce the highest standard of coffee using quality products and equipment as well as offering lunch and breakfast foods that are locally sourced, fresh and delicious.
Using a la marzocco linea PB and Mythos one, we extract our espresso to a fine tuned recipe every shot. We also use the EK43 to offer batch brew with a variety of great coffees from various roasters.
You will need to
- - Be able to dial in a variety of coffees in order to achieve optimum extraction and taste.
- - Be able to steam milk to a high quality microfoam consistency and produce consistent foam levels for a wide menu of drinks.
- - Be able to produce latte art.
- - Think on your feet, be friendly, proactive and show initiative.
We’re looking for individuals with experience in the speciality coffee industry who are looking to expand on their skills and challenge themselves.
