With a heritage dating back to 1965, Jarret Asset Holding Group was forged from the pioneering spirit of its founders, who spearheaded renowned electro-mechanical projects, secured vital capital for industries, and cultivated international alliances. That same year, JAH Group undertook the restructuring and revitalization of ITR Group in Iraq. In 2016, we welcomed Maxtube Saje as a subsidiary, enhancing our diverse portfolio.

Our journey began as a professional partnership of two enthusiastic engineers, operating under the name “Electro-Mechanics Partners” in the early Sixties. JAH initially undertook a diverse range of projects in Iraq, establishing a reputable portfolio of construction and project management achievements. These included the Baghdad Medical City, the Baghdad Leisure Land, the Alpha Shirt Factory, Rice and Wheat Silos, Medium and High Voltage Substations, and the renowned 1088 km road in Western Iraq, transporting the world’s largest gas turbine in 2005.
Our international footprint expanded with projects such as the Budapest Hotel in Moscow, the Asab Gas Compression Project in Abu Dhabi, and personnel supervision for the Das Island LNG/ LPG tankage project. Our expertise also extends to water, power, and oil sectors, including desalinated water storage and pumping stations in the UAE, pipeline cleaning and inspection, and oil storage tank rehabilitation and maintenance.
Operating in uncharted territories has honed our ability to identify innovative products and services yet to reach the market, positioning us to meet emerging needs. This includes novel materials and supporting projects, both within and beyond the energy sector, seeking private equity placement and capital introductions.
